EXTRAMARISE PROCESS

* Extramarise (Registered Brand) is a patented thermal treatment process* ideal for hair cutting sheets, developed by Mizutani using data and experience accumulated over a period of more than 90 years to balance the three properties required for a good sheet: structure, angle sheet and hardness.

THERMAL TREATMENT PROCESS

* The metals used for the attached tools change greatly depending on the thermal treatment used.An appropriate thermal treatment should be carried out for each material in order to completely extract the properties of the rare metals it contains, such as cobalt, molybdenum and vanadium.
